Water System: Jet pump. Well can be found approximately 450-475 ft' from lake to ensure water quality stays very good. Well is approximately 18 ft' deep and has a large gravel reservoir around base. Never ran out of water. Excellent water source, this well has never had any problem.

Lot Information: Approx 268 ft lake frontage by approx 600 feet deep, far end of land is a bit more than 280 ft' across. It is possible to purchase another 600 ft' to local road by 500.
