Product Description Even if the breeze off the lake is strong, the High-Pressure Outdoor Cooker maintains a steady flame. A 360-degree windscreen, 10 psi preset pressure regulator and brass control valve ensure that the flame stays consistently blue and strong so that your cowboy stew will cook evenly. The heavy-duty welded steel frame features double support legs and wide tripod design, keeping the unit stable on uneven campsites. The cooker is highly portable, and conveniently lights from the bottom. Use propane fuel bottles, sold separately. 13Hx18Wx18L".

Bayou Classic SP10 works like a champ! July 22, 2007 M. G. Navarra (OAKVILLE, CT USA) 26 out of 27 found this review helpful
The Bayou Classic cut about 45 minutes to an hour off of my brew time. Got three gallons of water to a boil in less than half the time of my kitchen range, and held a good strong boil for an hour. If you're a homebrewer looking to leave the stovetop, and go to an outdoor propane cooker, this is the one to buy.
Works great - Lots of heat! March 26, 2007 C. Guenther (Livermore, CA) 17 out of 17 found this review helpful
This burner puts out a lot of BTUs but it's also pretty noisy. I use it with a 9 gallon pot and it gets boiling quick. Served my purposes (beer brewing) perfectly!
Very nice and efficient August 14, 2008 Bayy1 (Md) 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
I have used this cooker a few times for crabs and corn on the cob, it is great! It keeps the kitchen cool and odor free. It boils water very fast without using an extreme amount of gas. You can control the heat output with the regulator. The unit is very sturdy and will accommodate a large pot. The braded steel (Can't tell it is braded hose from pic) hose and regulator would cost you as much as this whole cooker! Just go to a big store or on line and price one, you will see.
Excellent Cooker September 8, 2008 S. T. Kinnas (Western PA) 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
I bought this cooker for home brewing purposes, and it was a very good decision on my part. The burner is more efficient with respect to fuel consumption than I was expecting. It is large enough to easily accomodate my 10-gallon stock pot, but not so large that my old 4-gallon pot can't be used too. The flames stayed strong, even in moderate wind.
Great Product For Outside Brewing July 14, 2009 T. Brown (Somerset, NJ USA) 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
Excellent product if you are into brewing your own beer during the summer months. Instead of heating up the kitchen on a hot day, this burner does the job...and makes it much faster. You can easily get 5+ gallons of water boiling in about 5 minutes (when it takes at least 20-30 on a kitchen stove). DO be sure to have an initial burn of 20-30 minutes on high (with nothing cooking) as the black paint burns and smells. Other then that, this is a great burner.
